The Bronze Star Medal is awarded for “heroic or meritorious achievement or service, not involving aerial flight, while engaged in combat against an enemy or while serving in combat with friendly foreign forces”.
^ Now with the above being stated, as per regulation; Why the fuck is some fuck stick officer(s) getting this medal for scratching their nuts and flying a desk? Jesse (an Infantryman) and Jon (an Infantry Medic) both friends of mine, received their Bronze Stars posthumously…..and with “V” devices on them. God save these sorry sacks of shit, who put themselves in for this award, if I ever get liquored up. I see the military has gone soft and political on me.
I do not normally let this type of shit get to me but this is something that I have had enough of: ungrateful sacks of shit putting down us (servicemembers) and what we do.I will never ask to anyone to thank me for my service or what I have done, but I’ll be damned if I idly stand by and allow someone to bash us. Many of us, including myself, have lost people we give a shit about in this war. They didn’t kill children or rape women or whatever the fuck the media is pumping into peoples brains. They died fighting. I swear to God, if I ever see some mother fucker spit on ROTC cadets (or any service members for that matter) and call them “baby killers” again, I will knock every tooth out of their ever-loving cocksuckers. A staggering majority of ROTC cadets are fucking KIDS, have never served before or been half way around the world fighting, in their entire lives; fuck that, it’s bullshit.
